In May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) come into force across the UK. These regulations put into place stronger restrictions on how an individual’s personal data can be used and how companies are allowed to contact you. Consequently we, alongside all other UK charities, are reviewing our data protection policies and how we can communicate with you.
We are updating all of our consent records to ensure that we are communicating with our patrons and supporters about the things in which they are most interested, in the method they would prefer, whether that be by email or by post.
To update or change your contact preferences, please follow the following steps:
- Click here to log in to your account
- Log in to your account
- At the top of the screen, select ‘Manage your Account’
- Click ‘Mailing List’
- Select the communication preferences you would like to receive
- Press ‘Save Changes’
Alternatively contact the Friends Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or 020 3846 6222, option 2.
Without your permission OHP will not be able to contact you so please do take a couple of minutes to update your information to ensure that we can continue to keep you informed about upcoming shows and events, OHP news, priority booking dates, and ways that you can support OHP.
